Giveaway -Wanchai Ferry Meal for Two gift pack!

Chinese food. Let us pause for a moment. Do you remember the last time you brought home Chinese for you and your special other someone? I'm talking BEFORE kids. You know that smell, that distinctly Asian flavor that fills your house before you even open the plain brown wrapper, and expose your taste buds to the signature taste of the orient. Now, Wanchai Ferry brings this taste to you from the freezer case of your local market. Myblogspark and the people over at Wanchai Ferry have hooked me up with a GREAT giveaway so you can share not only the spectacular taste of Wanchai Ferry's new Frozen entrees for two, but get yourself some hot swag over at Target to go with your meal.

Husband and I decided to try Wanchai Ferry the other night actually, so I got the Spicy Garlic Chicken. There are three parts to creating your meal, the most difficult of which is simply browning your chicken. Then you remove the chicken, add veggies, cook them up, add the chicken back with some water, their special sauce, and cook it up for 5 minutes. Then, you microwave some jasmine rice up and serve it over that. The Rice microwaves up perfectly. Very impressive. So how did it taste.? Well, The DH's opinion was... A+! Seriously, it tastes AWESOME. For something from the freezer section, I was shocked at how spicy and delicious it tastes... and here's the surprising part... NO MSG! So my honest opinion of Wanchai Ferry Frozen meals from the freezer section is an over all A. And it comes in other flavors other than Orange chicken and Spicy Garlic Chicken. Check out the other products here. The only small complaint I had was that I had to brown up the chicken separately, but a lot of people will prefer to do that anyway. I was just a little nervous I would over-brown it, but the directions on the package were very clear and easy to follow.

As I've already said...this stuff is the bomb! I had actually never tried it until it was on sale one day and there a coupon...gasp, I know shocker. Anyway, my friend Emmy was raving about it...being a skeptic, I hesitated, cause frozen anything is never as good as the real deal...but I was short for time one night, had a bag in the freezer and wow...it really was good.

My perfect night in...no kids, no noise...just us. cuddling. :)
